Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and qualify prospective residents and vendors, assessing their needs and eligibility.
- Conduct tours of the apartment community and available units, highlighting features and benefits.
- Maintain current knowledge of apartment vacancies, specifications, rental rates, and neighborhood information.
- Ensure model apartments are well-prepared and assist in implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leasing or managing luxury multi-family properties.
