Customer Service Representative

Basic Function: Represent the Service Department for all incoming customer calls.
- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service.
- Triage inbound service requests based on value, warranty, geography, and product age, and drive new sales business when repairs are not recommended.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Know our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Process service orders, forms, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Skills and experience:
- Winning attitude, and desire to help customers
- Google suite, including Gmail, Google drive, shared docs, and shared calendars
- Ability work well with others or on your own
- Customer service based soft skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekday shifts
- Saturday rotation (4 hour shift)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedford, NH 03110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Work Location:
- Bedford, NH, primarily on-site, with limited remote office work available after 60 day waiting period and on a performance basis.
