Overview: Diagnose and repair appliances, while providing the best customer experience!

Reports To: Service Manager

Skills/Experience required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend maps, directions, parts diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Physical strength for lifting in excess of 100 pounds
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
• Own tools necessary to perform job tasks
• Pass screening exam which includes: interview, skills assessment, drug screen, background/reference check, and DOT driving record

Goals and Objectives:

• Maintain a positive attitude with all associates, customers, and vendors
• Aspire to provide 5 star service for both internal and external customers
• Report to work promptly and be available to satisfy department scheduling needs
• Communicate any change in schedule with customer and supervisor
• Perform job function in most cost and time efficient manner
• Understand and perform repairs of all products we sell
• Follow all company policy, procedure, and safety programs
• Make recommendations to management which will improve quality, efficiency, and safety of job function

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
