Project Coordinator Lead

Baron Sign Manufacturing is a premier architectural signage company offering comprehensive turnkey solutions to developers and general contractors. Our in-house services include design, permitting, fabrication, and installation for all interior, exterior, and wayfinding signage.

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and Estimating Teams as they learn about the construction and signage industries. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well as a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project timelines
• Monitor and track project deliverables
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members on project progress
• Analyze and evaluate architectural plans
• Conduct code-required take-offs and measurements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
