What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Services position at Barona Resort & Casino?
OBJECTIVE: Greets and assists guests and transports their golf equipment to and from the golf course. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of golf cars, the golf shop, golf car storage facility and golf practice range.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Starts work early AM and leaves late PM upon closing of the golf car storage facility. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Works in all types of weather.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting.
- Opens and closes golf car storage facility and golf practice range.
- Assists all guests on arrival with their golf equipment to a golf car and back to their car upon completion.
- Cleans and stocks golf cars to be ready for the next day’s business.
- Maintains the cleanliness of golf course, golf car facility and practice area.
- Sets up and tears down practice the practice range daily.
- Provides excellent guest services and assistance to all patrons.
- Maintains a clean uniform and badge at all times and conduct self in professional manner.
- Performs other Duties as assigned.
