Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Resolve billing issues, answer policy questions, and process service requests.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and updates in the agencys CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or bundling additional insurance products.
- Forward leads and opportunities to sales agents.
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and renewals.
- Compliance :
- Adhere to Allstates underwriting guidelines and state insurance regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
