What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Barr Residential and Development?
Apartment complex in Tarboro, NC looking for a full time maintenance supervisor. responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repairs at the apartment complex and around the site grounds. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing apartment inspections handling issues or concerns.
- Overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance and other assigned projects.
- Establishing maintenance and staff schedules.
- Planning and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and services.
- Typical maintenance includes unit turns, plumbing repairs, sheetrock repair, grounds cleanup and normal interior repairs
The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well being of the tenants. Must have your own vehicle, a valid Drivers license, and clean driving record.
