What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Barr Residential and Development?
A large multi-site apartment complex is looking for a full time maintenance technician. The job duties would include but not be limited to:
Unit turns
plumbing repair
sheetrock repair
grounds clean up
Normal interior repairs
The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. We provide work trucks to use for traveling to the different sites. Complexes are located through-out the city of Hickory. Approximately 5 to 15 minutes from the main office. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well being of the tenants. Must have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
