What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Barr Residential and Development?
We are currently hiring for a site property manager an apartment complex located in Tarboro, NC.
The site manager is responsible for the day to day site operations which include but are not limited to:
- Rent Collection
- Handling Resident concerns
- Overseeing site staff
- Reporting to regional manager
- Work Orders
Submitting invoices in a timely fashion and making sure vendors complete their work on time and properly.
Meet or exceed company standards
Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
