The Cove Server
Our servers have a deep understanding of what The Cove is trying to offer. Our servers grasp our values and can demonstrate how to apply them. Our servers are passionate about serving people, have a strong attention to detail, and are always willing to test their limits to go above and beyond in all the work they do. They have to opportunity to have the most interactions with our guests and have an in-depth knowledge of all The Cove has to offer.
A day in the life:
- Setup and close server area
- Build relationships with guests
- Take drink and food orders and prepare cocktails for customers
- Close customer checks
- Keep server area clean

Qualifications
You must:
- Have TABC and Food Handlers certification (or must obtain after hire)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Be comfortable with wearing a uniform designed for beach/pool/outdoor activities
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Be able to work in the sun and heat for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours)
