Pool and Spa Service Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Pool and Spa Service Technician for a Tulsa based company.

Successful Service Technicians will have strong mechanical aptitude, be customer service oriented, and have a passion for learning the swimming pool and spa industry. The longevity of our company offers stability and room to grow while learning a new and exciting industry!

Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30a-4 : 30p; some Saturday may be required

Pay : $25-$30 / hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Transform pools into sparkling oases through regular cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the perfect chemical balance.
  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot pool pumps and electrical systems, showcasing your technical prowess.
  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance for all pool equipment, including filters and heaters.
  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding client needs and providing insightful advice on pool care.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, keeping yourself and our clients safe.

    • Requirements :

  • You have a proven track record as a Pool Technician and are skilled in electrical systems with ability to diagnose electronic used in pumps and heaters.
  • Experience running your own service truck.
  • You possess strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Record and a valid driver’s license are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • You’re proactive and enjoy diagnosing and resolving issues independently.
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
