About Us:
We are a unique swim program that specializes in Adaptive Swim Lessons and private instruction for children and adults of all skill levels. Our teaching philosophy centers on fun, confidence, and individualized learning, making us unlike any other swim program in the region! We take pride in offering a swim lesson experience different that you’ll find anywhere else.
We are located at 5140 Clapper Flat Rd, about 10/15 min from downtown Laurel. We are a privately owned and operated location with an indoor pool dedicated to swimming lessons. Our pool has a special system that sanitizes the water using oxidation, meaning that our chlorine levels stay within acceptable drinking water range. On top of great quality water, our pool temp is kept between 88-90 degrees in a room with well managed heat and humidity to make it comfortable and warm for both our swimmers and instructors.

We need a dedicated, reliable, and passionate instructor who thrives in an adaptive learning environment. As a swim instructor with us, you will play a crucial role in shaping young swimmers' confidence and safety in the water.
Qualifications & Requirements:
~ Energetic & Positive Attitude: We always maintain a smile and a "can-do" mindset, setting the tone for our students.
~ Age & Location: Must be at least 18 years old and preferably live near Laurel, MT, with reliable, year-round transportation.
~ Passion for Teaching Children: Our lessons are about more than just swimming—we build trust and relationships with each student and their family.
~ Trainable & Adaptable: Quick learners who can take feedback and adjust their teaching methods to meet the standards of our program and individual student needs.
~ Strong Communicators: Must be able to effectively communicate with students, parents, and team members.
~ Physical Ability: Must be able to tread water and swim well, competitive swimming experience and/or prior swim instruction/coaching experience is an absolute benefit but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and actively engage with students in the pool.
~ Certifications (or willingness to obtain): First Aid, CPR, AED Certification (Infant, Child, Adult).
~ Commitment & Reliability: Our students rely on consistency—we need instructors who take their role seriously and show up ready to give 100% every day.
Schedule: Part Time
Our pool is open from 10-7:30mpm Monday-Friday, we have a high demand for swimming lessons during after school/work hours and Saturdays (m-f 3-8, saturdays 10-2) these are the primary hours we are needing an additional swim instructor for at this time.
Compensation: $18/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
Teach private and small-group swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels (from infants to adults).
Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Observe and adapt lessons to match each student’s comfort level and progress.
Set up and take down lesson equipment.
Ensure pool safety by enforcing rules and supervising students closely.
Keep the pool area clean and organized.
Communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
