Barre Instructor
Barre3 is a fitness company focused on teaching people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. Barre 3 started in 2008 with the flagship studio in Portland, Oregon. Barre3 has grown to include more than 200 franchise studios powered by female entrepreneurs, plus an online workout streaming subscription base in 98 countries. Barre 3 Jersey City Studio is looking for an individual passionate about barre or any fitness, a great personality, and loves to inspire dynamic, humbly confident, has e people to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Alignment with barre3 Core Values (Everybody Matters, Make It Happen, Give Generously, Humbly Confident, Committed to Real, and Love of Learning
- Barre3, Barre, or Dance Experience
- Barre3 Certification Preferred but not required
- Positive attitude & great team player with distinctive interpersonal skills
- Openness and desire to embrace the barre3 brand and a regular barre3 practice
- Availability to teach a minimum 4 classes weekly(required) , preferably 8 classes weekly.
- Able to substitute when needed
- Love to learn and have a growth mindset
The candidate will go through the audition process, and if selected and if there is no barre3 certification, she/he will complete the barre3 Instructor Pre-training, which will be provided by the local mentor 5 weeks, attending the Training Program 2 days, and be certified within 8 weeks.
