Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Full Time Director Of Nursing/DON/RN.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department
• Audits nursing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance maintained to ensure holistic care for our residents.
• Makes daily rounds for observation of the care of residents
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintains Infection Control practices and documentation for all staff and residents.
• Responsible for ensuring education is provided as needed in collaboration with the management team.
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse RN with a minimum of 2 year supervisory/leadership experience in nursing in a long-term care setting.
• Experience with the geriatric population in long-term care environment.
