Special Educator - Elementary School (25-26 School Year)

This position is open for the 25-26 school year. This position is also open for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. Barre Town Middle and Elementary School is seeking a Special Educator to join our elementary school special educator team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: provision of specialized instruction according to individual student's needs, conducting special education evaluations, preparing IEPs and behavior plans, scheduling and facilitating educational team meetings, coordination of services with outside agencies and other providers and supervision of paraprofessional staff.
