The Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP Manager, reporting to the Director of Employee Relations/HRBP, to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing impactful support across multiple locations in Texas, California, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong leadership ability.
This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5:30pm.
The compensation range for this position is $105K-$115K per year, depending on experience.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Cultural Ambassador: Lead initiatives that enhance and build upon our strong organizational culture
- Direct Reports: Supervise and mentor up to 5 HR team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Location Support: Provide direct HR support to the Byhalia, MS location, addressing local HR needs and challenges.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration, or similar. Master’s Degree preferred. May substitute 8 years of directly related experience in lieu of degrees. HR professional certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly desired.
- A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of managing complex employee relations issues with a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. Minimum of two (2) years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Human Capital Management systems preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
