We Are Looking for a Full and Part-Time Speech Therapists to Join Our Team!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct both formal and informal pediatric speech and language assessments for various diagnoses.
- Design and deliver 1:1 therapy for children with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, stuttering, language delays, genetic conditions, and other cognitive delays.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists in a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic, client-centered care.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Be part of a friendly, dynamic team where you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals in a supportive setting.
- Client-Centered Approach: We focus on evidence-based, individualized treatments that put our clients at the center of everything we do.
- Well-Equipped Facility: Enjoy spacious, well-maintained treatment areas, including private therapy rooms, a sensory motor gym, and a fine motor room. All toys and materials are provided.
- Work-Life Balance: As a W2 employee, you’ll be compensated for cancellations and the time between clients. All treatment and documentation are done onsite—no scheduling tasks for you!
- Professional Development: Enjoy opportunities for collaboration with Occupational Therapists and continued professional growth.
- Servicing Preschool & School-Age Children: Primarily working with young clients, 45-minute therapy sessions.
- Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, Part-Time 2-5 afternoons/Saturday
- Weekdays: 9:15/10:00 am - 6:45 pm
- Saturdays: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license and registration.
- Recent pediatric experience required.
