What are the responsibilities and job description for the Central Scheduling Coordinator position at Barrett Hospital & HealthCare?
Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill a Central Scheduling Coordinator position to join our Peri-Operative Services team. The Central Scheduling Coordinator provides coordination for all outpatient scheduling, including but not limited to, Surgery, Ambulatory Care, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation services. Additionally, the Coordinator acts as the central point of contact for surgical and ambulatory care patients when arriving for surgery, treatments, and/or pre-operative appointments. The Coordinator manages the flow of patients by communicating with all caregivers and is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients and families.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Experience interacting with the public and providing customer-focused service is essential. Intermediate proficiency in computer-related skills is required.
