Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist position to join our Laboratory team. The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist oversees patient specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting. The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist assures quality control, quality assurance, maintenance of analyzers and monitoring of accuracy and precision. The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist must be proficient in analyzer and instrument operation, quality control, calibration and maintenance. Successful candidates must have a passion for customer service excellence, team work and enjoy working with the public.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess an active Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification or ability to obtain licensure within 45 days of hire. One to two years of clinical post degree training is preferred.
