Barrett Hospital & HealthCare is seeking an experienced recruiter to be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers. They will work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partner, Marketing Manager, and department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions for each position.
The Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with the hiring team. They will be responsible for ensuring that all hiring procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements.
