What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Integrity Specialist position at Barrett Hospital & HealthCare?
Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill a Revenue Integrity Specialist position to join our Fiscal team. The Revenue Integrity Specialist maintains the integrity of the hospital's Charge Description Master (CDM) and reviews charge transactions to ensure accurate pricing, HCPCS/CPT codes and revenue codes are utilized and that revenue is flowing to the appropriate departments. This position utilizes appropriate analytical tools to extract, compile, and manipulate data for the purposes of analysis and/or reporting. Assist with financial accounting and payroll for Barrett Hospital and Healthcare, Barrett Hospital Foundation, and Barrett Hospital Development Corporation as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a business or accounting program with two years of related experience; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience in business or accounting.
