Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, including but not limited to: vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Montana State RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
