We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our pavement preservation crews in the New York Central region . Transporting materials and equipment to job sites and assisting with loading / unloading and laborer duties as needed.
Compensation
28 - $30 / hour
Main Responsibilities
- Safely transport paving materials from stockpile sites to pavers via live bottom trucks with tri-drop axles.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks by hooking up hoses and running pumps.
- Operate a variety of equipment and vehicles as needed.
- Perform general laborer duties associated with asphalt paving, including mixing, spreading materials, and cleaning roadway surfaces.
- Maintain traffic control, including flagging duties, to ensure safe working conditions.
- Keep equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the crew to achieve job site goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist the crew.
