Job Summary
The Field Operations Intern will work closely with our field operations team to support various construction and paving projects. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in field operations, project management, and construction processes, while contributing to the successful execution of projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist field supervisors and project managers in daily operations and project execution.
- Observe and learn about construction methods, equipment usage, and project workflows.
- Participate in site visits, taking notes and documenting project progress and challenges.
- Help with the preparation of project documentation, including reports and daily logs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
- Assist in coordinating materials and equipment needed for construction activities.
- Provide support in communicating with subcontractors and vendors as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop industry knowledge and skills.
