Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill a Physical Therapist (PT) position to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and implements an appropriate plan of care or treatment based on patient needs and goals. The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy interventions in accordance with the Montana Physical Therapy Practice Act and practices within federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. The Physical Therapist communicates effectively with patients, their families and other healthcare providers as part of an interdisciplinary team approach to care, constructing individualized, patient-centered treatment plans. The Physical Therapist provides accurate and timely documentation of services provided and demonstrates a commitment to life-long learning by participating in continuing education. Successful candidates will have a passion for customer service excellence, team work and enjoy serving the public.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited Physical Therapy program. Candidates must be able to produce documentation of passing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and an active Montana State license in Physical Therapy from the Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
