Responsibilities
- Ensures and verifies that all plant departments and employees are adhering to the quality standards and guidelines of the company.
- Takes samples, tests, records, and reports basic physical, chemical, and biological properties of ingredients, formulations, packaging, and other associated material, leading to their acceptance, approval, or disposition.
- Actively monitors, teaches, and enforces plant sanitation policies, GMP’s, HACCP, and methods for allergen control
- Prepares, maintains, monitors, and tracks plant documentation
- Monitor the departmental efficiency, testing and approval times, yields, scrap loss, and other key indicators
- Teaches, instructs, and leads plant employees in issues regarding sanitation
- Accurately prepares and maintains all departmental forms and documents. Monitors the completion of paperwork by other departments, emphasizing optimum record keeping within all plant areas.
Job Requirements
- Follow GMP’s and safety protocols
- Basic math, biology, and chemistry knowledge is required

- Must be able to lift 40 pounds occasionally
Hours: Monday - Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
Compensation
$21.50 per hour
