Purpose: Mill Operator. This position will be responsible for unloading semi-trailers of flour and sending over flour to be used in kibble production.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a yard dog truck to Pull trailers in and out of the mill bay.
- Unload Double Hopper Belly Dump Flour trailers in the mill
- Sanitation of the Mill and mill equipment
- Assist in monitoring Control systems and interpret the data to make necessary changes.
- Maintain constant communication with the Meat Room and Extruder Operators
- Receive in Meat trucks and enter into inventory on computer
- Put pallets of meat in freezer.
- Willing and able to lift 60lbs.
- Tolerate a loud, non-temperature controlled cold/hot and dusty environment.
- Forklift experience Required.
- CDL Preferred but not required.
- MUST have and maintain a CURRENT VALID MN Driver's License
- Computer Literacy
- Proficient with Basic Math
- Able to Bend, Stoop, and reach
- Able to climb ladders
- 3rd Shift 9pm - 5:30am
- Monday – Friday (Little Falls)
