Purpose: Dryer Operator
This position is responsible for operating dryers used to bake kibble, conducting quality testing, and applying troubleshooting to ensure product meets customer specifications.

- Start Dryer, verify airlocks & switches are on and vibe bed is plugged in
- Test kibble every 15 minutes usingthe Foss Machine (grinds the kibble down to a powder) to take samplesand record results
- Conduct paperwork for moisture,temp, & lot informationin Plex (ERP system)
- Make dryer adjustments if the kibble is not in spec
- Aerate totes if moisture is out of range& notify cooling room
- Communicate often with maintenance, quality, and extruder operators
- Conduct cleaning daily
