Description
The Ammunition Technician, reporting to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for maintaining, modifying, and destroying ammunition. This hands-on position requires precision, attention to detail and a commitment to safety in all aspects of ammunition handling.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Loading, and reloading ammunition, as required.
- Preparing and maintaining documents regarding the ammunition manufacturing process.
- Supporting the development and implementation of plans for safely storing ammunition.
- Training employees and providing technical guidance regarding safe usage of ammunition.

Position Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Holds and can maintain a valid driver's license.
- Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, in an environment involving several variables in standardized situations.
- High level of attention to detail.
