The ATF Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company's operations adhere to federal firearms regulations. This role involves a wide range of tasks within the Compliance and Legal Group, requiring meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

ATF Compliance Specialist

Position Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and review compliance documentation with precision, ensuring accuracy in all submissions and records.
• Process and maintain ATF forms, NFA reservations and electronical manufacturing reports, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Assist with ATF traces, NFA cycle counts, serial number corrects and account discrepancies.
• Support inventory tasks, including put-away, cycle counting, and shipments. Assist Sales and Shipping teams with order holds and processing.
• Work with internal inventory systems, update customer Federal Firearm Licenses (FFLs) in MS Great Plains, and process daily transactions.
• Occasional U.S. travel may be required for training and development.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.
• 1-3 years in a similar role, with experience in inventory systems being highly desirable.

Qualifications Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret regulations and develop solutions.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Great Plains is a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Maintain valid driver’s license.
• Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.
