Description
Responsible for correctly processing material as it is received, and ensuring inventory accuracy by completing all functions required for receiving, moving, and putting away Inventory items. Use ERP system to complete Receiving transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Receives parts and supplies from outside vendors/suppliers.
- Ensures accuracy of received material versus Purchase Order.
- Responsible for staging parts for Quality receiving inspection.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct ATF documentation is in place.
- Deliver received goods to departments/individuals within the Facility.
- Perform electronic transactions within Barrett MRP system.

Receiving Specialist
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, plus two years of experience as required.
- Must be capable of lifting/moving up to 70 pounds.
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Prior experience with Great Plains or other MRP systems preferred.
- Must be able to operate a tow motor and obtain a BFMI Tow motor License
- Prior forklift experience, loading/unloading trucks preferred.
