Job Description:
As an Underground Mobile Maintenance Frontline Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance workforce, ensuring efficient and safe operations. You will supervise and guide the underground maintenance workforce, promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Implement and oversee maintenance and repair plans within a productive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with operational teams to minimize risks, maximize asset value, and drive safety, quality, and cost management initiatives.
Requirements:
Two (2) years of underground mobile maintenance experience
Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
Five (5) years of underground mining experience
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Experience with maintenance management systems
