Position Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and support for Early Talent Initiatives: either the Professional focus of the University Internship Program, Co-op Program, Greenfield Talent Program (GTP), or the Skilled-Trades focus of the Maintenance Training Cooperative (MTC) Program, Work Study Program, and Veteran Recruitment initiatives, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key universities and trade schools, coordinating company participation in career fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and implement robust metrics to assess program effectiveness, providing regular data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous program enhancement.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine early talent programs, ensuring they evolve to meet shifting business needs and support talent pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze student assessments and program data, generating insights to improve program outcomes and participant success.
  • Support key marketing and branding efforts by crafting engaging articles, content, and communications that elevate the company’s employer brand and attract top-tier early talent.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication while handling multiple tasks to ensure programs meet objectives, maintain quality, and deliver results on time.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment strategy.
  • Actively participate in HR-driven initiatives and projects that support broader organizational goals, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach to supporting business needs and continuous professional development.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new partners, and mange ordering and inventory of necessary supplies to support early talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in Human Resources, Business Communications, or Marketing is required; equivalent specialized professional experience in HR or similar roles will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook’ experience with data analysis, report generation, and presentations is required.
  • Previous Project Management, Organization, and Time-Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of detail in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Presentation Skills: Proven experience delivering clear, engaging presentations to a variety of stakeholders, using visual aids and data to effectively communicate complex concepts and drive decision-making is required.
  • Understanding of Company Marketing and Branding: Knowledge of core marketing principles and brand messaging; experience applying these concepts to ensure internal and external communications align with company goals is required.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges with creativity and logic, analyze situations from multiple perspectives, and make sound decisions that support business objectives is required.
  • Strong Character and Reliability: Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, personal integrity, and dependability in previous roles and understanding and appreciation of company DNA is required.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills Across Levels: Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse teams, simplifying complex information for broad audiences while establishing credibility and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, from entry-level employees to senior leadership.
  • Flexibility for Travel and Staggered Hours: Willingness to travel nationally to support key events, with the ability to manage logistics and responsibilities while on the road. May also be required to work flexible hours to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary is required.
  • Proven Safe Work Record: History of adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment in previous roles is required.
  • Flexibility to work staggered hours to support a 24/7 continuous, fast-paced operation required.
  • Applicant Tracking System Experience (ATS): Experience working with an ATS (Oracle preferred) to understand and streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pools and pipelines and track the progress of candidates is required.
  • Other factors that will be considered are employee performance, length of service, and work history.
