Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Supervise and guide the underground maintenance workforce, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
- Implement and oversee maintenance and repair plans within a productive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to minimize risks, maximize asset value, and drive safety, quality, and cost management initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two (2) years of underground mobile maintenance experience.
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts.
- Five (5) years of underground mining experience.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Experience with maintenance management systems.
