NGM is looking for a Process Maintenance Planner, at our Turquoise Ridge operation. The successful candidate will build and manage work orders, job plans, and maintenance schedules, within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), with the overall objective of increasing planned-and-scheduled maintenance activities while reducing unplanned and unscheduled break-in maintenance work.

Responsibilities :
- Participate in producing weekly maintenance work schedules and job plans.
- Build job plans and tentative schedules for future work weeks beyond the next week's schedule period - 4 weeks.
- Develop and maintain SJPs (Standard Job Plans) for routine maintenance activities, per corporate standards.
- Assess existing SJP's to verify that they are correct, relevant, and complete. Update as necessary.
- Continually review and update SJP's with better information to make these plans more complete and more effective.
- Analyze break-in work orders to find opportunities to create preventative SJP's, or improve existing SJP's.
- Utilize the CMMS to prepare maintenance schedules, order goods and services for planned work, develop and store SJP's, maintain work orders, and other tasks required to create and maintain an effective planned-and-scheduled maintenance management process.
- Compile system data for building KPI reports and presentations.
- Review and approve invoices for payment.
- Interface with operations and maintenance personnel to correctly schedule plant maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to determine and assign the correct labor resources required for planned work.
- Assist with the design, planning, and coordination of maintenance shutdowns.
- Assist management with developing and maintaining the necessary skills and disciplines within the Planning Department to sustain a planned-and-scheduled maintenance planning focus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
