1. RN with minimum two years medical nursing experience
2. One year experience teaching theory in an accredited nursing program and/or providing nursing care to older adults or chronically ill adults
3. IDPH-approved Train the Trainer Certificate: current
4. IDPH-sponsored Skills Evaluator Certificate: current
5. Current BLS Certification
