We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our team on weekends.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) who is passionate about helping clients heal and grow. This part-time position will involve providing therapeutic services to clients during the weekend, allowing for a flexible schedule that may better serve both the therapist and our client population.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other practice members and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and state regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in the field.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.), Master of Social Work (MSW) with LCSW credentials, or a Master’s degree in counseling with LCPC licensure.
- Active state licensure to practice in Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a private practice setting or relevant environment.
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities and treatments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic practices in a compassionate manner.
