Summary :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key large accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure best-in-class customer service. Your goal will be to foster and maintain long-term relationships while driving account growth. Account Managers collaborate with Program Managers to support new product development and design transfer opportunities.
Functions & Responsibilities :
- Represent client interests within the organization.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Gather and analyze customer information to drive account growth.
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop quotes for new and existing products.
- Create and manage schedules to support customer activities.
- Provide ongoing support to retain customer programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Report account status to internal management.
- Recommend company products / services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development to strategize and secure new business.
- Work with Program Managers to support product development and design transfer.
- Mentor Associate Account Managers within the department.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while optimizing profit margins.
