What You’ll Do :
Lead and mentor a team of coordinators, ensuring smooth trial operations.
Oversee patient recruitment and retention strategies.
Manage business relationships, contracts, and site administration.
Drive business development and contribute to site growth.
Ensure compliance and efficiency in high-volume trials.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience managing high-volume clinical trials.
- Confidence in contract management and business development.
- Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven.
- Multi-therapeutic experience—vaccine experience is a plus!
