We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Documentation Specialist to map, document, and standardize internal processes across various functions within our organization. This role involves closely observing and analyzing workflows, policies, and procedures, and developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to create an internal playbook.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site observations by shadowing employees to understand and document workflows, processes, and policies.
- Map and standardize processes such as :
- Time card management and payroll procedures.
- Leave of absence protocols.
- Job specification creation and launch processes.
- Offer letter generation.
- Additional operational procedures across departments.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation.
- Create detailed and user-friendly SOPs for internal use.
- Develop and maintain an internal playbook to serve as a central repository of documented processes.
