Expectations
- 12 months in recruitment/12 months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
- Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient mathematical capability
- £40K-50K 1st year OTE
