- Provide installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for X-Ray and other medical imaging equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and quality assurance (QA) inspections.
- Manage and understand service software policies and procedures.
- Complete internal and external documentation in a timely manner.
- Attend vendor training (online or in-person) to keep up with equipment updates.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of service tools and meters.
- Stock critical replacement parts for consumables as necessary.
- Communicate directly with customers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.

- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours customer service needs.
- Occasionally drive a company or rented vehicle to deliver or remove customer equipment.
