Field Service Engineer – Medical Imaging

My client is urgently seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support medical imaging systems in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires someone with nuclear imaging, MRI, or CT experience (nuclear preferred). The FSE will work independently from home but must be on-call for site visits as needed, with a 60-80% travel requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for nuclear imaging, MRI, and CT systems.
- Support installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls in Philadelphia.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve serviceability and reliability.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in medical imaging service, ideally from GE, Philips, or Siemens.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Nuclear imaging experience preferred, followed by MRI; CT is the lowest match.
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive in resolving issues.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90K-$130K (Target: $110K) 10% annual bonus.
