What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager - Manhattan position at Barrington James?
My client has requested me to find a Territory Manager to join at team of 2 other Territory Managers for the NYC Metro area. This person will cover the Manhattan territory, working with Interventional Cardiologists, interventional Radiologists, and Vascular Surgeons throughout the island.
This client is a Fortune 200 medical device company that offers top tier benefits, including a company car, gas coverage, full medical/dental/vision, matched 401k, and a lot more. The company is very supportive for individual growth and has an excellent culture. They have a full portfolio of devices to treat Peripheral Arterial Disease including atherectomy, thrombectomy, stents, balloons, and catheters.
They are looking for a Territory Manager who has experience selling into hospitals and is a strong hunter with proven success in breaking into new accounts while fostering meaningful relationships with KOL's. This position is remote with expectations of being out in the field every day developing relationships in a procedural setting in the Cath Lab and OR.
What you need to be a Territory Manager:
- 3-5 years of medical device territory manager experience in a procedural based sales process
- A very strong hunter with a great work ethic and is a team player
- Has proven documented success and demonstrates the ability to hit and exceed quotas
- Ability to travel by car and plane
- A resilient and entrepreneurial spirit
- Existing KOL relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and Vascular Surgeons is a major plus
