We are retained on a search for Director / VP in Healthcare Strategy & CMS Navigation.
We're looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of CMS, hospital systems, and healthcare consulting. This role is about making a real impact—helping healthcare associations, hospitals, and centers of excellence secure coverage and navigate complex CMS rules.
We need someone who’s fast-moving, proactive, and results-driven—someone who asks the right questions, knows how CMS decisions get made, and can bring the right people together to make things happen.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategy & execution – Help clients navigate CMS regulations, get approvals, and secure coverage.
- Manage client relationships – Work closely with hospitals and health systems to deliver results.
- Lead a team – Manage a group of three, support junior staff, and ensure high-quality work.
- Leverage industry expertise – Use your CMS knowledge and connections to shape strategy and influence decision-makers.
- Grow the business – Bring in new prospects, expand relationships, and drive revenue.
