Join our growing team, working with great staff and a growing apartment rental company, working at one of our communities.
As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first point of contact for anyone calling, visiting or emailing the property. The primary role is to tour, showcase our apartment homes and to execute leases! The ideal candidate will be outgoing, positive, customer service professional and can show a genuine interest in the people walking through the property door, while keeping focus on executing the rental. Prior office administration experience strongly desired.
Important skills needed:
*Strong organization and communication skills to lease apartment units
*Strong customer service and office skills; detail oriented
*Focus on resident retention and sales & marketing of the community
*Candidate must be able to work independently, but team oriented
*Oversee maintenance and apartment planning & preparation
*Manage late notices and evictions as required on delinquent rents
