Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or related field and ten (10) years direct experience in employee relations, investigations, employment law, and disciplinary actions.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws that govern employment policies and practices.
- Established expertise in conflict resolution and internal client support, complemented by leadership in technical projects across teams.
- Proven experience/knowledge of all areas of HR (Staffing, Recruitment, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits) in order to provide comprehensive advice and counsel.
- Must have thorough experience working within HRIS systems and working knowledge of Word, Excell and PowerPoint.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
