Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
Commercial Accounting Knowledge: Thorough understanding of commercial accounting processes, techniques, and procedures. Proficiency in QuickBooks.
` Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with project managers, team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient project execution.
