Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Sales Person specializing in Access Control, CCTV, Surveillance Cameras, and Low Voltage Integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling to General Contractors, Hospitality businesses, schools, and government institutions. They should possess an established book of business and contacts in the industry, along with the ability to generate new business and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Hospitality industry contacts, schools, and government institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals and presentations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Attend meetings with leads and customers as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of selling Access Control, CCTV, Surveillance Cameras, and Low Voltage Integration solutions.
- Strong network of contacts within the designated territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commission-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
