We manage 15,000 certified technicians, servicing over 252,000 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
We are looking for a qualified candidate to provide onsite Hardware Support to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.
Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment on Dell/Lenovo/HP
Collaborate with the technical team and share information.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Comprehend customer requirements and provide recommendations.
Perform basic hardware repairs for major brand equipment.
laptops and desktops.
Diagnose errors or technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.
Produce detailed and timely service reports.
Document processes and procedures.
Adhere to company protocols and field procedures.
Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems.
Additional Information
Service events are on-site at commercial locations (offices, retail), with occasional
residential clients.
Technicians are required to return unused or broken parts using a prepaid shipping label.
Work System
Technicians are notified via BAM, our web-based call management system, with details of service requirements (equipment, time, and location).
Qualifications
Proven field service experience.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
English literacy.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Technical degree or certification.
Option to sign up for specific equipment types (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
Note that the salary is $40 per repair and not per hour.
